•Find Jobs stays in range: Teens only see jobs within their mile radius, and new-job email alerts follow the same rule — no notifications for jobs they could never get to.

•Homeowners see a matched list: Find Teens only shows teens whose mile radius covers the homeowner's zip code — so a teen who sees your job is a teen who can actually get there.

•Zip-based, privacy-first: Matching works off zip codes, not exact addresses — your street address stays completely private until you accept someone for a job.
